For the Cleanroom Open House, our Tech Crew\u00a0will\u00a0provide information about the facility, capabilities, window tours, and fabrication examples.\u00a0The cleanroom provides cutting-edge nanofabrication tools for the development of materials and integrated devices as well as microfluidic and nano-photonic systems.<\/p>\n
