  1. Create two separate axial regions (at approx. axial\u00a0slice 82), one for each side \u2013 select one as a seed and the other as a ROI. Then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Create one ROA region and draw two different regions:\n
        \n
          \n
        1. on a coronal slice anterior to the seed regions<\/li>\n
        2. on a coronal slice posterior to the seed regions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. In the region list, check seed, ROI, and ROA regions. Perform fiber tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
