The first thing I tried out was to test what happens when you bump into another avatar, and I enjoyed the fact that you could push other avatars around. I pushed one into the ocean. She did not drown, which led me to experiment with my avatar\u2019s mortality. I quickly found out he is immortal after free falling from a couple thousand feet in the sky. If the goal is to have an experience so realistic that breaking the metaphor is taboo, I think Second Life still has a ways to go.
