She had a history of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), M2, and received chemotherapy followed by allogeneic matched unrelated donor peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 5 years ago. She remained in complete hematologic remission upon bone marrow examination 6 months ago. The physical examination showed epigastric tenderness.
