BMI1 and MEL18 Promote Colitis-Associated Cancer in Mice via REG3B and STAT3

This study documents that BMI1 and MEL18 are required for colitis-associated cancer (CAC) development via regulating a novel REG3B-STAT3 signaling pathway. The findings may have wide implications for the prevention and treatment of CAC.
