Jane Freedman, MD, will join VUMC as director of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and the physician-in-chief of the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute, effective Aug. 1. She comes to Vanderbilt from University of Massachusetts Memorial Heart & Vascular Center.
