Engaging and vibrant, I found it very easy to stay on top of what he was introducing or describing in the introduction, and chapters 1 and 3. I also really liked the inclusion of figures and charts\/graphs, as well as &#8220;block out&#8221;\/&#8221;call out&#8221; styling for certain explanations\/important concepts. Particularly I liked the formatting of the Spanish terms as italicized with\u00a0definition\/translation afterwards. A small detail but enjoyable.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m interested to see what the thought process\/reasoning behind some of the chosen quotes and formatting in the chapters was.\u00a0Also why certain people were chosen to be focused on more than others: was this decision made while conducting interviews\/following\/observing around?
