Yoga on Library Lawn is April 6

Looking for a way to get outside this spring, switch up your workout, increase your flexibility, or challenge your strength?
Join the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center for a 45-minute outdoor yoga class that will rejuvenate and energize your afternoon. Check out this opportunity to enjoy spring weather in Tennessee on Library Lawn at noon on Friday, April 6 .
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided; but, you’re welcome to bring your own. In case of inclement weather, please check out our group fitness schedule.
