As states and districts work to craft these systems, both opportunities and challenges abound.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This conference explored the current landscape, drawing from the expertise of leaders in the field to decipher the key components and challenges of measuring, evaluating and rewarding educator effectiveness.
