Using these communities as an open forum also strengthens relationships between peers, and assignment to such groups from the beginning of the year can aid in presenting a united front among PASL Team members.<\/p>\n<h3>Connection to other components<\/h3>\n<p>PASL PLCs connect to the school\u2019s Culture of Personalization, while offering opportunities to strengthen Goal Setting and Rapid Check-In approaches.<\/p>\n<h3>Materials<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-dev.vanderbilt.edu\/t2-my-dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3108\/2019\/06\/Educator-Team-Tool-3.docx\" target=\"_blank\">PASL PLC Task Sheet<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How PLCs Support Directed Collaboration<\/h3>\n<p>Pearl-Cohn High School uses direct collaboration and peer feedback to support both novice and veteran teachers.
