Your proposed talk will be included in the program <strong>only<\/strong> if it fits into the conference theme, you have registered, and we have received your payment and abstract by April 22.<\/li>\n<li><b>May 3<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 Scientific program and schedule of talks posted\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/nashville2023\/program\">here<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>May 7<\/strong> \u2014 Last day of online registration. <em>After this date, you can still register at the registration desk,\u00a0but the discount for registering early will no longer apply, and you will pay an extra $25 (students) or $40 (others). Moreover, you will be able to pay by <strong>cash<\/strong> or <strong>check<\/strong> only.<\/em><br \/>\n<hr size=\"3\/\" \/>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>May 14 (Sunday)<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 Registration desk will be open during 3-5pm in the Lobby of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/map\/?s=%22Wilson+Hall%22\">Wilson Hall<\/a> (Vanderbilt University campus)<\/li>\n<li><b>May 15 (Monday)<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 <strong>First day of conference<\/strong>. Registration desk in Wilson Hall will be open at 6:30am. First session will start at 8am; Welcome Reception will be at 5:45-7:00pm<\/li>\n<li><b>May 16 (Tuesday)<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 <strong>Shanks Lecture by Professor\u00a0Wolfgang Dahmen<\/strong> (3:40-5pm), followed by a reception (barbecue dinner)<\/li>\n<li><b>May 17 (Wednesday)<\/b>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Conference\u00a0Banquet at The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, with a buffet dinner and music band (6:30-10:00pm).\u00a0Tickets are required for the banquet. \u00a0They can be purchased when registering.<\/li>\n<li><b>May 18 (Thursday)<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 Meeting ends.
