Over the last decade,\u00a0he has written, lectured, consulted and testified on the struggles among federal, state, and local officials to control marijuana policy, among other topics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Professor Mikos earned his A.B. cum laude from Princeton University and his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Michigan. After graduation from law school, Mikos clerked for Chief Judge Michael Boudin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He now teaches Constitutional Law, Federalism, and Marijuana Law and Policy at Vanderbilt University Law School.
