In order to book a room, please <a href=\"https:\/\/my.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/geoanalysisff\/registration\/\">register<\/a> and indicate that you are requesting financial support. If your financial support request is approved (see these <a href=\"https:\/\/my.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/geoanalysisff\/support-request\/\">instructions<\/a>), the organizers will make a room reservation on your behalf. However, upon check-in you will be required to present a credit card and, upon check-out, you will have to make a payment for the room, for which you will be reimbursed if receiving financial support.<\/p>\n<p>In order to maximize the number of attendees, participants receiving financial support will be lodged in a room shared with another participant.
