Faculty and staff (and eligible dependents) looking for a new primary care physician or specialist may call\u00a0<strong>615-936-8777\u00a0<\/strong>to identify a provider and schedule an\u00a0<strong>initial<\/strong>\u00a0appointment.<\/p>\n<p>You can easily schedule\u00a0<strong>return<\/strong>\u00a0appointments through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myhealthatvanderbilt.com\/\">My Health at Vanderbilt\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0or the mobile app. Through the app or website, you can\u00a0see available appointments for your current Vanderbilt providers and self-schedule a specific date and time for your next appointment.<\/p>\n<p>For the VU Select PPO and Choice CDHP plans, the Tier 1 provider group continues to include both VUMC and other VHAN providers. Using Tier 1 providers offers the highest levels of benefit coverage.<\/p>\n<p>A listing of Tier 1 providers can be accessed at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hr.vanderbilt.edu\/oe\/\">vu.edu\/<\/a>oe\u00a0or directly from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aetna.com\/\">Aetna website<\/a> using the Aetna DocFind Online Provider Directory. You can use this to verify if your doctor is a Tier 1 provider or to search for Tier 1 providers.
