She is an international student from Nigeria, and she completed her B.A. in Biochemistry at Bowdoin College in Maine. Her research projects involve studying proteins of the Cag Type IV secretion system and their contributions to <em>H. pylori\u00a0<\/em>pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
