Mario Ramiro<\/p><\/div>\n

Mario Ramiro is a multimedia artist and professor. He was part of the 3N\u00d3S3 urban invention group and participated in the art and technology movement of the 80s. His production unites urban inventions, telecommunication networks, sculpture, environmental installations, photography, and artistic soundtracks. He earned a masters degree in photography and new media from the Kunsthochschule f\u00fcr Medien K\u00f6ln (Academy of Media Arts in Cologne), Germany, and holds a doctorate in visual arts from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo. Currently he is professor of the Departamento de Artes Pl\u00e1sticas (Dept. of Visual Arts) and chair of the graduate program in visual arts at the Escola de Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es e Artes at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP).<\/p>\n
