Those participants who expect to be in need of support\u00a0are encouraged to apply by filling out the online <a href=\"https:\/\/redcap.vumc.org\/surveys\/?s=7M4J3XYNWL3F8EWN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">support form<\/a>. All requests for support must be submitted by\u00a0<strong>February 14, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that we\u00a0cannot provide any funds in advance of\u00a0the meeting. You will have to buy your ticket and pay the registration fee yourself, and if we are able to provide some support to you,\u00a0we will\u00a0reimburse you only\u00a0after the meeting. However, we may be able to pay (part or all of) your room\u00a0costs directly to the hotel. We may ask you to share a room.<\/p>\n<p>Support amounts, if any, will be based on need and availability.\u00a0We will decide about\u00a0funding and send applicants a\u00a0notification no later than <strong>March\u00a028, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Childcare resources and childcare financial support.<\/strong>\u00a0The organizers will offer childcare grants of up to $250 per person to help with childcare-related expenses for participants with children. The organizing committee will provide a list of childcare\/drop-in-daycare providers in the area of the meeting.
