Participants of the conference have a responsibility to ensure that the conference is free from harassment of any kind.<\/li>\n<li>This conference policy derives from the Vanderbilt University detailed sexual misconduct policy:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/title-ix\/2023-24_Sexual_Misconduct_Policy.pdf\">https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/title-ix\/2023-24_Sexual_Misconduct_Policy.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vanderbilt.guardianconduct.com\/incident-reporting?incident_type=Sexual%20Misconduct%20or%20Sexual%20Harassment%20Report\">This<\/a>\u00a0Vanderbilt online form can be used for making a complaint and for reporting violations.<\/li>\n<li>Vanderbilt requires the conference organizers to report immediately to the Title IX Coordinator any knowledge they may have regarding possible violations of the policy.
