Please note that my use of &#8220;Deaf&#8221; refers to children diagnosed as Deaf as well as Hard of Hearing (or anywhere in-between). Use this page as a guide in deciding the common approach(es) you make take in ensuring quality language development in your child, student, or patient.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of this information is based on my own experience growing up as hearing-impaired as well as my experience in the workings of Deaf Education preschool and the accompanying technology.
