{"id":8448,"name":"Rebecca Peterson","url":"http:\/\/my.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/rebeccapeterson","description":"Becky has spent nearly two decades working in education. 10 of those years were spent working in urban education in Metro Nashville Public Schools where she helped create, implement and collaborate  in the International Baccalaureate Program. \r\n\r\nFrom urban education and French teaching, she\u2019s spent the last several years in higher education working at both Peabody College in the Secondary Education Program and in the College of Arts and Sciences teaching in the Department of French and Italian.  \r\n\r\nAt Peabody, much of her time is focused on building strong school partnerships between Peabody and the surrounding school systems, overseeing practicum placements, and preparing pre-service teachers to bridge theory and practice as they approach student teaching and their eventual classroom spaces.
